Our partner AUSTROPA has pre-booked rooms in selected hotels of different categories which are very close to the Conference Venue. These rooms will be allocated to participants without any handling fee. The rooms starting at a rate of 110 Euros per night. Use the Registration Form to make a reservation. During this procedure, you will have the possibility to select one of the offered hotels.

Alternatively, you can of course make your own arrangements. There are plenty of hotels of all categories in the neighbourhood of the conference venue.

The Local Organizing Committee noticed that some travel agencies contacted a number of individuals who are attending the VCI2025, quoting the event, to offer hotel reservation services.
Please note that only our partner Austropa is offering hotel reservation services via the VCI2025 registration process.
